Thanks. I should have said outside of that. I do not do hardly any of that thankfully. I was able to get my food down to 2000 mg but any lower is proving problematic.

Have you tried other BMI calculators besides just the one on here? Sometimes they can very in numbers and opininons. Your BMI though does not have anything to do with what size clothes you wear.

My son was diagnosed with ADHD at 4 years old. He is severely ADHD. We have had him on meds since diagnosing him. Did we want him on it? No. But did we want our child to function in school and home? Yes. So we did the back and forth of do we or don't we medicate. And the answer we chose was yes and while we do not like…

Sounds good! Thanks for sharig!

I would not worry so much about having gone over your protein. If that number is high, that is ok. You want your protein high. For me cheating is eating too much in the likes of my calories. If I want that milkshake and it is within my calorie limits I am going to have it. If I go over, it happens. But an absolute cheat is…

Thank you! Anytime. Sharing my story is a way to share the success and show that you can get to your goals with hard work and determination.

Responding so I can follow this post later one. On a side note; I have noticed my stomache rolling around more gas since I started eating more protein. I am not sure it is attributed directly to it since I have not been feeling 100% lately either.

Please ramble. You deserve that. Congratulations! Keep up the great work!

I never worry if I am over in my protein. I try to keep under my cals if I can or not go over too much. And of course because of my bp I definetly try to stay under on my sodium.

I need this for my knee. Would it work?

Bumping this to see if anyone knows about this topic.

You look amazing! Congrats on hitting your goal(s)! You are an inspiration to us all...And me! I am 5'3 as well and started at 188, I am now 154 on the way to 130. But also have a goal of a 5k!

What a great idea! How do you do it lying flat? are your feet raised a few inches or more?

While I cannot answer the original question you ask...I just felt the need to say this about your statement of rehashing the same thing...Sometimes it is easier to ask it again rather than do a search in the boards for the information. And everyone will just have to deal with it and get over it. On the other note...Best of…

My husband and I before his brother's wedding. Yep he was a groomsman and I had him wear his nice tux without the vest and tie.

Me too! My favorite part is helping you earn more money from your money. Makes me feel good to help someone better themselves financially. But my primary job is and always will be a mommy and a wife.

Yummy! I cannot wait to try these! Thanks for sharing!

I love to eat a lot of the cereal that is not the healthiest for me, but in portion control and proper serving size I still eat it if I want it. But I love Captain Crunch with Crunch Berries, but had to stop eating that years ago because it tears the roof of my mouth up!

Myself personally I am not sure how many pounds it was. I just saw the adjustments in how my body was changing. I could weigh the same and fit a different size pants, skirt, etc. It all depends on how your body does.

I am only half way to my goal weight and I have more confidence in myself. I find that for the first time ever I am being checked out by men other than my husband. I feel weird about that because I have never been or hit on by someone other than him since I was 18. Or maybe even in my skinnier days it was always there and…

Your meals look good!

I am: Height: 5ft 3in Hips: 41in Thighs: 21in. Pants: 12 Weight: 153lbs.

The fitbit scale will tell you that also. But I hear it is pricey.

I am sorry to hear about the loss of your husband. My mom has lupus (systemic lupus) and she uses the total gym. It can fold up into and be put in a corner so it is out of the way when not in use. I am not sure how you sit financially, but you can buy them used and also new with payments. I wish you the best of luck on…

I have a few people in my life who wanted to lose the weight, have joined MFP and have not logged in almost a month plus. And yet they continue to eat unhealthy and continue on the same path. I have come to the realization that I will support them when they are ready to take charge. You cannot unfortunately force people…

If it helps, I am sensitve underarms as well. I use the Secret Clinical Strength for Sensitive Skin. And am just about done with my first box of it. I love it. Works good and I no longer have my white shirts nasty under the arms.

LOL That is awesome!

That is not too much TMI! That is an awesome nsv! Keep it up!

I lost two pounds or so. People never really said anything to me, but I saw the difference in a couple of weeks. I could see it in my belly area as things started to shift and change.
