You're probably not eating enough if you're working out that much. Do you log your exercise and eat back those calories?

I mainly use the gym and alternate training body parts. Bodybuilding dot com has several free programs. I followed Jamie Eason's for a while now I kind of do my own thing. I also do Beachbody workouts (p90x, turbo fire, slim in 6, or les mills combat)at home when my hubs is traveling.

I actually do on my thighs but they are hard to see in the pics! I think stretch marks are totally genetic though????!

I'm 5'1 Starting Weight and Measurements 133lbs (9/2013 when I started) Waist 30.5 inches Hips 39 inches CW 114lbs (1/2014) Waist 25.5 inches Hips 35 inches I starting eating Paleo and stopped eating out so much. I exercise around 4-5 days/ wk but do more weight lifting than cardio.

I really really appreciate all of the positive feedback:-) I highly recommend taking the dreaded before picture! When you think you haven't come very far, you can SEE the difference for yourself! This was key for me and helps continue to motivate me. I take a new pic every couple of weeks!

Also, I started watching my calories on Sept. 4, eating between 1200-1500, but my "before" pic is from the 17th. On the 17th, I started eating Paleo, which is basically cutting out sugar, grains, and legumes and trying to stick to real foods, proteins, and healthy fats, fruits and veggies.
