the best i would recommend you with no budget.. is grab a backpack and load it with stones or sandbag and walk with that is a very good exercise that helps your body, bones and upper back.

you should also try walking on the street rather than the treadmill , treadmill does give you some workout but never as good as the streets. just walk every day religiously! dont give up. do it everyday and also try going plant strong diet.
