That IS a fast time to a lot of runners...that is my average lap pace as well so I am hoping to finish my first half marathon (april 17) around the same time, great job!!!

5'1" here and I am currently 125 with a GW of 115. I have always been muscular, especially in the legs so I know anything less than 115 would kill the muscle!

I did some research before I bought mine and IMO you need a chest strap for a more accurate number. Believe the chest strap model.

I have hear this same exact thing, I believe it was an article I read somewhere. He runs A LOT is what he says. We all know that it is a great calorie burning activity!

I take one each morning. I take Costco/Kirkland Brand and I love it. I occasionally get a fishy burp, but not all the time. I LOVE these, I have noticed improvement!

I signed up for my first half with only 8.5 weeks to train. I tailored the Runners World schedule to fit my needs. You have PLENTY of time as long as you stick to it!

I am not the biggest PB fan but almond butter is heaven! I buy Justin's Maple Almond Butter. I eat it every morning on an english muffin. I have also tried Justin's Honey Almond Butter...also amazing!

I have exercise induced asthma...so I ONLY have issues when my heart rate goes up and my breathing becomes faster. I still run and do everything that I want to do. I just take my inhaler with me whenever I run. It does get better just as everyone said. Just condition your lungs!

I have only been running 4 days a week for the past two months and I have such high burns...I have been athletic my entire life, but my asthma held me back when I didn't know how to control it better. My body has never been happy with running, but it will SOON I hope! Thanks!

I have the 205 and the calorie count on this is NOT accurate at all. I also use a HRM and I burn almost double the calories that the generic calorie count on the Garmin 205 says I do.
