I do just one at a time, I would mentally be finished after that anyways, I am also running 4 days a week along with the BR program, hopefully that will give me a much needed jumpstart.

I am starting today! Can't wait for the next 12 weeks!

12.1 last week...didn't get to my long run, oy.
-
I ran 15 this week. I didn't end up doing the 25K....knee problems still. I did a long run of 8 miles and my knee was touchy during that so I made a good choice to not do the 25K. I have a 5K this weekend, a 2.9 miler on the 29th for leap day.

I love this thread.... I think I already gave you my miles...10.5. Maybe I did or didnt But add another 2.5 onto that because I am forgetful. I always eat an English muffin with some almond butter before a race. Or something equally as calming on the belly. In Feb I still have a 25K, 5K In March I have a 7k, half marathon…
-
10.2 for this week!
-
I had 11.5 miles last week! THanks!!!
-
I ran only 6 this week....knee is acting up.

my infection is better and the 4 year old's mono is getting kinda better so I am going to be able to pick up my mileage back to normal! I am training for my first marathon on APril 22...I have a half marathon on March 18 as well...and lots of little races inbetween!
-
Late to the party....only 2 miles this week. I had a sinus infection and my step son has mono. What a week we have had!
-
this is a fun idea!

For races I use a spibelt, I also have a generic fuelbelt that is okay, it just has less room/stretch than the spibelt. For my own runs I use an amphipod belt that has water bottles too, love it!
-
I have trained for 3 halves in the past year and I just started training for my first full and I have used hal higdon's training plans every time. They work!
-
NICE work!!
