    I started week one this week. I'm worried because I have a good amounth of weight to lose and Ive been at a plateau for 2 years. Hopefully this program will work

    Im starting a thread in the BR group of all of those who have just started BR around now. I'm calling in mud September start body revolution. Not very creative I know. Please join us. It will be great to motivate each other.
