I just ran my first consecutive mile a few weeks ago and that was a huge milestone for me! I used to be crazy athletic and over the past 13 years I have let myself go in a few ways, but running a full mile w/o walking was HUGE...So I can imagine how amazing 14 would feel. I am so proud of you!!!

I have almost the same thing everyday b/c I love it. I have a Thomas' 100 calorie whole grain english muffin with either some organic strawberry spread or almond butter on it for breakfast. My go to morning snacks (around 10:30) have been fruit and yogurt or fruit and cheese.

This is me. I am 5'1" and currently weigh 129. I am trying to get to my goal weight of 115. I am not obese but i am slightly overweight. I am dying to slim down.

I eat my workout calories because I want to be certain to hit my minimum calories at 1200. I am typically hungrier after a good sweat too.

I am going to start the wii zumba tonight, my brother got it for me for Christmas. I am excited to try it. I am hoping that I get a couple hundred calories out of it! I am eating every calorie they suggest after I workout...thanks for the help!

I just found/started with MFP this week and so far I am loving it. My daily calories is set at 1200 and I am trying to work out 4 times a week for 30 min each (cardio) and I am adding in some strength training. I am finding it easy with the food - tracking on MFP is very easy. I just wish I could burn more calories and get…

Thanks everyone. It went well and it was fairly easy to stick with the diet aspect of the lunch! I did have a few bits more of the cheesecake than I would have wanted to stick to buy hopefully Ill just run it off tonight!

We have a lunch where we are required to attend (luckily only twice a year) and we are served by the University catering system. I am allotted 1200 calories on MFP a day and burn around 500 per week currently. I am just starting my weight loss/firm up program. Thank you for the help, I hate these meals...plated, sitting…
