I got the first level and tried to do it a few weeks ago and almost knocked myself out with the bewbies haha. I need to invest in a new sports bra (or two) and plan to try that again. I'm a little more fit now too which I'm sure will help.

Hi! I'm new too. I had my son 12 weeks ago. Prior to my pregnancy, I'd never struggled with my weight but I gained a TON while pregnant...80lbs to be exact. Oops.
