YES!!! i am on day 33 of Atkins induction, and my sugar cravings have gone away. Also gone are the shaky panic i-need-to-eat-something-or-i-am-going-to-seriously-freak-out-right-NOW! fits from hypoglycemia. I have also noticed positive changes in my mood. Win. Win. Win.
