Oh come one. That was a binge? Really? Last weekend I had about 10 slices of pizza... or was that 14? The next night at work I had a babka, 2 large chocolate cookies, whipped cream, 4 mini protein bars and a 220 g bar of cadbury peppermint chocolate. Lately I have eating 1500-2000 calories per day, sometimes less. And…

If I can be bothered saving it, chocolate is really nice in porridge I find.

Lentil gnocchi bolognese - unexpectedly delicious! and about 600 cals for this huge serving

This. I like my Mongolian beef, fried rice and honey pork too! But it's hard to beat steamed veggies that actually taste good with rice... lol

I don't weigh entire packages of meat, I just trust the amount they show on the packaging lol. If it's out by 50 g it won't effect my calories for 1 meal very much

 Haven't gained any weight despite eating so much pizza and chocolate over the weekend  Am living in a lovely new house with great people  I can play my PS3 on a huge screen now  I tried out the low carb Aussie Bodies raspberry protein bars today and they are awesome  There's diet…

Get a fitbit. Having that helped me lose weight even without a kitchen scale. The kitchen scale just made it easier to record food accurately.

Nothing really since I already at all the mint chocolate today

omg the chicken in a can looks like some kind of dead foetus

Roast duck in a can. And some kind of cheesy lasagne thing that was 4000 calories a serving.

I think the problem seems to by psychological rather than physical. You know how to eat healthily, but you've developed an obsession with food that can only be quashed either by thinking about calories all the time or eating all the time. I know because I've gone through the same kind of thing. Currently, I am currently…

Typical meals when I was living with my dad before I lost weight the old fashioned way (for me, starvation and exercise LOL). We didn't eat very consistently and tended to "graze" throughout the day and continued to take helpings of meals until all the food was gone. My diet was full of healthy foods but I ate way too many…

do yo make the pumpkin butter yourself? I imagine it is quite low in calories!!

Gawd I can't stand getting email notifications for an MFP comment only to find it is someone saying "great loss" when I am clearly at a healthy weight anyway. I don't even log anymore lol. So feel free to add.

Before I was on MFP I was living in a sharehouse but buying/cooking/eating all my own food. Tbh, my eating was very sketchy. I bought ingredients for recipes I wanted to try out but I didn't buy normal breakfast foods as such. Examples of meals were: A pack of tim tams 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 500g butter, all mixed…

Oils and fats when added to food can actually make you eat less because it is more filling. For example, roast chicken and a bowl of vegetables cooked to crispiness in half an inch of olive oil made me feel so full I literally sat there for ages feeling extremely ill and had to throw it all up (ever since I've been mindful…

I think it's 2225? that includes lots of walking due to the fact I don't own a car and 1-2 x5 hour waitressing shifts at my work. It's hard to say, cause it's holidays now and if I'm not working extra my maintenance calorie well be less :3

Apparently quest bars taste like space food bars, which I imagine would be fudgey but in a sort of rubbery kind of way. I can't imagine buying 30 protein bars... They are filling and keep you energized while active, so I guess I would go for that if I actually went to the gym...lol

I don't know...? Looks..interesting...? Might as well try it. Vanilla sundae with brown sugar and walnuts
