You used to be able to get caramel rice cakes. Sunrice says they'll be back soon... There are also the tomato and sour cream chive ones and I guess they are like low cal chips but I don't like them as much lol

When I do that kind of thing I just the entire container, then make up for it later in the week. Gives me a bit of security because I know I didn't have the whole box but there can be no doubt I'm accounting for every single calorie I had. It's also a bit of an incentive not to do that kind of thing again

Moisturiser and nice smelling soaps. And blowdrying my hair when I come from the shower otherwise it's all lanky. Other than that, all my hair needs is a brush! I'm quite lucky that way

Peanut butter by itself. I used to think the stuff was gross: a last resort for when there was no butter or margarine to put on toast. But now I am addicted to eating it with jam on a sandwich :laugh:

I think what people are saying by eating more is that you don't have to stick to 1200. You'll still lose weight even if you go over by a few hundred calories, so don't beat yourself up over that! As long as you don't eat above your maintenance you'll be fine
