I forgot to mention it is tuna in oil and they say the nutritional info is for drained weight. It just so happens I like the oil and at the time didn't think to add that as extra.

Your sister's belly is partly covered up, that could be the reason why it looks a little smaller. I would say don't worry too much about the belly. Just focus on getting through each meal and day healthily and well :)

Btw cheat meals/days wouldn't be a good idea for me cause I get to a stage where I can't stop eating and my stomach just becomes a bottomless pit cause no matter what I eat I feel "hungry" and uncomfortable.
