Don't buy a new bra, just fill the empty space with toilet paper

I think they mean two things 1. Stop being so limited in what you eat. Have move calorie dense things like peanut butter, icecream and protein shakes. Go full fat instead of low fat. Eat more. 2. Put your extra consumption to good use by developing your muscles. I presume they mean lifting weights at the gym. But you can…

I don't do laxatives or purge. So even when I have 4000 calories in a single day I don't have any more because I am in too much discomfort to physically eat by then.

I got the same problem, so I ate something and found that just having something in my stomach made me able to relax enough to sleep. All this while reading about how only obese people eat during the night and falling to my lowest weight... lol. I often didn't feel hungry in the morning after that, though

Diets don't work because they force you to eat extremely boring, bland foods. You eventually get sick of it and crave the things that do taste good. Not many people realise it is actually possible to eat 20% tasty, 80% healthy. And if you're overweight, there is an element of needing to retrain your eating habits.

Hey. Delinquent uni student from Canberra here looking to lose 2 kg. I don't log in the food diary and won't update weight til I reach goal... But I've already lost like 15 kg so I can offer advice about food (20% tasty 80% healthy) and exercise (chuck some headphones on and run -- who needs a gym?)

Take time out each week to make and freeze meals that you can take to school and work to heat up and eat when you want. IF there's no microwave at your school, make salad or sandwiches the night before (won't go stay if you wrap them in clingwrap). If you made a dinner that doesn't really make for good leftovers (i.e.…

And I don't feel like spending $30 every day on individual serves of everything.

It really is what you eat. I have found myself eating way too much cause I wanted the doughnuts from the supermarket cause they were cheap and I felt like them...and there were 6 of them... and I had no one to share them with
-
Unless you've gained more than a couple of pounds, don't worry. Stick with your plan and you'll lose soon.

Yes, quite a few times. HYE ate something from an open packet at a supermarket

Yeah, kinda, on and off, but was with my BF HYE ran 10 km without stopping

There's only so much you can obsess over something, you know.

If you can't find them in Coles or Woolies, check somewhere like the Reject shop, where they sell lots of NZ products like Griffins biscuits. I personally found the tasti bars to be too addictive and unsatisfying to be considered a diet food.

My tips are - Eat very healthily most of the time, but make sure you have nice seasonings (many of which are calorie free!!) for your meats/protein. - If you're busy and need quick meals, go for canned legumes that you can have with deli meat or leftover meat. Baked beans even, are actually pretty good! - Allow yourself…

I used to do this all the time, but it eventually meant that I had no idea how many calories I was having every day and was feeling like a failure when I'd actually done great. There were some days I couldn't eat, too. And there were times when it became an excuse to eat more than I needed and I actually gained weight…

McDonald's...meh. so glad I have no inclinations towards it anymore. I haven't had one of their cheeseburgers since I was 8 years old (Dad would only go to Hungry Jacks and only let us have burgers with lettuce and tomato on them lol), and a few years ago when I tried the big mac for the first time, I found it too salty. I…
