2013 has a been a pretty good year for me. I am looking forward to 2014 though because it'll mean i'll have all the new flooring in my place installed by then!

I had some Trader Joes roasted red pepper soup & crackers. I wasn't in the mood to cook at all!

911/Police dispatch! Love my job

I spend $600+ a month depending on my schedule, this is for a 7 year old that's in school. Includes her before/after school care, care while I work night shifts & the random weekend day shift.

Water bottle!

Yup! I'm 5'11.5" and I have no issues wearing heels
-
Cup of Timothys german chocolate cake coffee to help get me through the last 3.5 hours of nightshift!

Whenever i've gone on a Friday night I usually find a handful of the super motivated people and that's about it. I'm a shift worker so my days are all over the place. Half of the time I don't even realize it's a weekend night lol.

Hair!

I don't count it as exercise because it's a normal activity... not something that's out of the normal for me.
-
Most likely just a protein shake since i'm working a nightshift right now and my sleep/eating pattern gets all messed up!

Crocs. They just make me cringe.

I weigh and measure myself weekly :)

I'm with you OP. Unless you're doing crazy vigorous scrubbing for 2 hours straight, there's no way you're going to burn 1000+ cals in 2 hours of "cleaning". I don't count things like this in my daily "cardio" since it's a regular activity. I think the people that add this (I understand how it can make them feel good) are…

I think mine is really visable and i'm not too fond of that! I don't think i've ever not been able to see it.

Still have some work to do but here it is.

Lululemon purist water bottle. I love it!

Raise my glutes & lean out in my quads

My days are all over the place too since i'm a shift worker. When i'm going to be up for 24+ hours I eat over my calories, then the following day i'm always under because i'm sleeping for more of the day. End of the week it balances out.

Weakest area is my chest & shoulders so I make sure to work this area twice each week. In the past 2 months my shoulder press has gone up 20lbs and my bench has gone up 30lbs.
-
1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese with some flax plus raisin crunch in it. This is pretty much my breakfast every single day lol
-
My goal weight has been changed now to about 145. At that point i'm going to do a clean bulk during the fall/winter time.

I love my Polar FT4F HRM. I can't even feel the chest strap and it stays in place just perfect.
-
I like livefit that's available on bodybuilding.com. 12 week plan and it switches up every month

The girls shrunk but my band size stayed the same. I've gone down at least a full cup size. When I lose weight that's always the first place that it goes.
