Does anyone take a BCAA supplement? What's your thoughts/opinions on taking this as a supplement? I picked up Ultimate Nutrition Pink Lemonade the other week. I've been taking it before & after workouts. I've noticed a bit more energy and DOMS isn't quite as bad after leg workouts.

Does anyone use a greens supplement? I tried out CytoGreens today with 8oz cold water and was literally choking drinking it. I'm going to try out Magnum Greens tomorrow but throw it in a protein shake to see if that hides the taste. Anyone have suggestions?
