Getting out of a rut

Weight has been slowly coming off but I felt like I was getting into a rut and not really pushing myself. I signed up for a new gym and had a great session with one of the personl trainers. I've tried 2 of the classes that they offer (Bootcamp and TRX). Both completely kicked my butt. I think this is what I needed to get me out of my rut and push me a bit more. The classes are fun and help keep things interesting.
What are some things you've done to get out of a workout rut?

I just take a break: 4/5 days off to refresh the mind and body.
I am sure any rut is mental fatigue( it always is for me)
Personally, I think you look amazing!

I change things up every few months. This helps me from getting bored with my fitness regime. Also, I'm in a great support group of people working hard to improve their health and fitness. Just seeing everyone posting in there gets me fired up so I push myself harder.
