I came across a 12 week exercise/food plan ebook that was available for purchase for $10. I figured why not, my exercise routine needs a switch.
So far i've only completed week 1 and wow..... every muscle group I worked was sore the next day. I think the exercises shocked my body and finally got my off the plateau I was on. I bumped up my calorie intake slightly and did the dreaded weigh in today. I was expecting to be up a bit with water retention but surprise surprise I was -3lbs after only 1 week. I'm pretty excited for the next 11 weeks. The plan is fairly easy to follow and hopefully I see some noticeable changes by the end of it.
