For HIIT on the treadmill i'll go full out for 30 seconds, hop off the belt for 30 and then repeat. I do this for a total of 30 mins. Go at a speed that's a challenge for you. At the end of each sprint I can tell that i'm pushing myself.

You can't spot reduce so the only way is to lower your overall bf %. I always say Abs are made in the kitchen. Take a good look at your diet and try to eat clean.

I've been using nectresse instead of sugar in the raw now. I find the taste fairly similar and it comes in either individual packet sizes (great for bringing to work) or a smaller sized container. When i'm working night shift I track my food as i normally would, sometimes it's a bit skewed because most of my calories will be in the later portion of the day. I do! My favorite time to workout is in the morning. I usually get to the gym around 730. I would go earlier but I have to take my daughter to her daycare first. Even after I work night shifts at work i'll still go. I find after a good workout I sleep so much better throughout the day.

What do you generally eat before you go work out? If you feel heaviness in your head & nauseated it could also be that you have low blood sugar.

Have you calculated what your maintenance calories are and how much of a deficit you're eating at? At one point I ate 1200 calories a day and my weight loss stalled. I actually increased calories and found the weight started to fall off. Also how accurate are you with weighing/measuring food?

I do cardio the same day as weights except if it's leg day. Leg day I go pretty heavy and have literally zero energy left for cardio afterwards.

I buy the individual serving size bags all the time & throw in a can of tuna. Quick & easy meal and I get some protein.
