I don't weigh every day but neither do I have a set weigh-in day. I weigh myself when I feel like it, sometimes it's good sometimes it's not so good. it's just the scales ... it's how I feel that matters and how my clothes fit ... I'm getting there gradually.

I saw this a while ago too and decided I'd have a jar with £1 for every lb lost ... I also mentioned that my boyfriend could match the amount ... I'm still waiting for a reply to that one!

I'm sat at a desk for hours at a time, just data inputting and uploading files. When I can I make sure I walk up and down the office for a few minutes, I also make sure if I print anything I send it to the printer at the far end of the office rather than the one next to my desk. I've got my mum, dad, sister and brother-in-law on here ... mostly were supportive of one another, I don't think there's any real competition. It's nice to have a little support network that knows exactly who I am.

My boyfried asked me for a list this year (I like to be surprised so I didn't really want to do it but I did anyway) last night he told me he hasn't got me anything from the list .... WHY DID HE BOTHER ASKING ME TO DO THE LIST ... He is so annoying!!!!
