I have heard of many people having their cheat day. I myself am conscious of everything I eat, yet do not deny myself certain treats once in awhile. This keeps me from feeling like I have deprived myself of little pleasures. Keep the 'chinese' date, there is more than food involved......a healthy relationship :)

Do not go down anymore calories. I am on 1200/day as well and am seeing results. Anything less and you will have difficulty putting the right amt. of calories and fat into your body. Yes I am too. Sometimes I feel that it is very difficult to maintain, however, adding higher protiens, celery etc will keep you satiated. Also measuring and adding calories that count are important to keep you full and incorporating the necessary nutrients. Exercise will help alot too by giving you a few extra calories but…
