Sunday I rode my horse 4.5 miles. Then rode another mile with my 18lb son in the front pack, did barn chores with him there and walked to the house (approx 1/2 mile). Definitely not organized, focused exercise but tons of fun for both of us!

I should also say I have had NO problems with it for over a year, even through my pregnancy. Then just a few minutes on the machine, it doesn't hurt but I 'feel' it.
