Howdy! So when you did this you didn't have to stir it very few hours like she suggests? I don't think I can get up and stir my breakfast for four to 6 hours! I'd get hungry :) Thanks!

Thank you! That's good to know. I have about 7lbs left and I was getting frustrated with how it's slowed down. I lost 10lbs in a month of eating 1200 calories and not exercising. It's been awesome!

Hello! This is my first post. Woohoo! I'm down from 146.5 to 141.5 as of this morning, and I'm trying to get to 129 (haven't been below 130 in at least 6 years). I'm so thrilled to be DOWN 5 pounds during the holidays!
