We are doing the Biggest Loser at work so we do weigh ins on Tuesday. I weighed in today at 250. That means I am down a total of 19 pounds and I am so glad....but I have so much further to go. I feel like I am hitting a plateau and I need to get "re-motivated". Congratulations to all of the 200+ Club :happy:

Does anyone have any helpful hints for a non-water lover? I was a regular soda drinker (that was ALL I drank) and I just switched to diet soda after the first of the year....which was huge for me. However, I still do not love water and drinking it is a chore. I would love any suggestions. Thanks.

I would love to join. I picked a random goal weight just because it was under 200. Starting weight - 269 Starting MFP weight - 261 Cuurent weight - 251 Goal weight - 175 (hopefully less :love: )
