You have nothing to lose but fat! Walking is a great start. I lost my first 10 - 20 pounds by walking and eating healthier. You can do it :) Also, lifting weight will not make you bulky. Would you rather be 100 pounds of skinny fat, or 115 pounds of lean muscle?

You can do them! Just do as many reps as you can each set, you'll gradually improve. :)

You can enter in strength training as a cardio exercise and it tracks how many calories you burn :) Check the database!

I'm 5'11, I think about 160 (I don't own a scale) and about an 8 in AE jeans. They're getting loose, though, think I might size down next time I go shopping.

A jacket, a workout shirt, sports bras, socks, an ipod nano,and yoga pants! :) In a few weeks, I'm getting Nike's for my birthday!

My favorite meal ever at Red Robin (ugh, I'm drooling thinking about it lol. What is wrong with me? :p) A Bonzai burger with a boca pattie had 852 calories.. and with a side of steak fries it totals to 1286 calories in one meal! (and that's if I didn't have 1, or 2 more orders of fries.)
