I did this for a bit and just as I would start to get results I'd injure myself in some way. Spraining my back was the last straw for me. Good luck though

I have to agree with this. I do some modeling on the side, and I sure as hell don't starve myself. However I do push myself harder before a shoot. I use special k protein shakes. I love them. They taste really good unlike slim fast stuff.. I usually have one and a yogurt! In the morning. I dont know as much about shakes as others on here but I do find they help with hunger

Feel free to add me. I'm the same way. Before my 2 kids I was 115-120lbs. Could eat a large stuffed crust pizza, cheesey bread, and a large soda without batting an eye lash. After my second I was 160lbs. I managed to get down to 130lbs then over the last year shot up to 145.

I work out at home due to I don't have the funds for a gym. I just started doing Supreme 90 days system. A.K.A 90 days of Hell. Its suppose to be like p90x. Lol. I find it easier to do the work at home. I get up at 6am when everyone else is still asleep. Its my time to let stress go. Keep up the fight.
