Thank you so much. I'm gonna give it a couple of days to see how it goes. If it's not working out then I'm gonna just return it. I have a sports line watch that tells me calories burned during just exercises that Ill compare with. I know it's not very accurate but it at least gives me some kind of ball park figure.

My boyfriend feels the exact same. When I started losing weight i was a 34DDD. Not sure what I am now, but I'm definitely smaller. My bf is now joking about sabotaging me. lol

When I dropped from 150lbs to 138lbs I rewarded myself with 2 new tattoos and went to DragonCon. It was awesome and I love my tattoos. I had awesome results the first time I did 30DS. I went from 150lbs-138lbs. Then I started her 30 day extreme shed and shred. I fell off the wagon though and gained some of my weight back . I just started doing another round of it yesterday. Definitely give it a try. I have before and after pics if you want to look.

I'm curretly doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred again. I got awesome results last time plus I love her dvds. I did do Supream 90 Day, but injured myself to many times. I find Jillian a lot easier to follow.

I know Madonna, Brittney, and Christina have taken most of the good ideas but she could have at least tried to do better then that. Yes she got everyone talking about her but not in the best way. She also needs to fire who ever is in charge of her clothes.

I went back to my settings and changed it. Ill see if it makes a difference over the next 2 weeks. My weight loss has kind of stopped any way so maybe raising my cals will help
