Running apps for people who hate running

Even if you don't hate running some of these are kind of neat.

Maybe one of these will push me through my run 100 miles in September self challenge. (although feel free to join)

Was in between posting to motivation and support or fitness and exercise, but here is where I landed.

    If you hate running- don't run- do something else.

    rock climbing
    rowing

    Don't understand why people push doing something they truly hate.

    although the zombie app amuses me.

    The Zombies, Run! 2 app has kept me very motivated. Ifvit wasn't for it I wouldn't run at all.

    I wondered this as well. There are other forms of cardio, if you don't like to run, why do it?

    It was the name of the article and I just thought it was interesting. Probably more for people who actually like running but say they hate it or just have trouble getting going on some days.

    I agree though, there are a ton of exercises out there. I love running, but REALLY love bootcamp, spin and weights.
