Oh my gosh I didn't realize you are 5'11! I just don't see over 140 in the second pic. I want to know how that previous poster was trained in judging these sorts of things. Because I am terrible!

I didn't realize the water might make a difference, but I guess it would if there is the extra salt and sugar added. In the sugar-added one, there are "4 grams" of sugar listed on the label. Make spaghetti squash with organic marinara. My whole dinner filled my plate, and I was so full I couldn't finish it, for a total of about 70 calories!

I tried the pancake syrup tonight. Not bad, I would recommend it. The Walden farms Peanut butter is disgusting. Don't waste your money.
