we met in our sophomore year of high school, when a seating chart required us to sit together. we were both in relationships at the time. fast forward to senior year, we're both single. we started talking again after I blatantly checked him out at an assembly (hahah  ) & realized that we had both been in similarly…

I don't really have a goal weight, although I suppose having a ticker says otherwise, haha. I'm a healthy weight for my height, but I don't like the way my body looks and feels. Watching the number on the scale drop would be so awesome! (hence the ticker) But ultimately what I'm really focused on is inches lost, feeling my…

The first change that I saw was definitely in my stomach. It seemed to instantly look slimmer and more toned. As of a few days ago, I, too, noticed a more lifted booty! I wasn't expecting it at all, I just happened to look in the mirror at it. My boyfriend definitely noticed a difference as well and he was happy! I also…

Hey Everyone! New to this thread but not to the shred! (natural poet  ) I'm currently on day 18, or level 2 day 8. I'm so excited to move onto level 3, mainly due to my love-hate relationship with level 2...As I've progressed through level 2, I've definitely noticed a serious increase in strength & I feel awesome all…

Do your best to stick with it! It's only 20 minutes a day so it's easy to fit it in :) you will quickly feel your body get stronger and it will really get you results. I'm a little over halfway done and I look great and feel even better, as cheesy as that sounds. Best of luck everyone, you've got this! :)

Level 2 kicked my booty! it was so challenging! i took a lot of 5 second breaks and followed anita most of the time. I felt like it was exponentially better than level 1. I was really pushed to the limit and I was definitely sweating by the end. I'm really excited to feel my body get stronger from this workout!

For me, it wasn't really about the number on the scale. I wanted to prove to myself that I could commit to an exercise program and work hard to look amazing. I've tried and failed the 30 Day Shred multiple times, never getting past level 1. Today, I completed my first level 2 workout. I'm so proud of myself for doing this…

It's day 11 for me, which means the first day of level 2. It seriously kicked my booty. Extremely challenging!! I took multiple breaks and sweated a lot. I never did either of those in level 1. WOW, is all I have to say!

From what I've heard about the shred, it's totally normal to not lose or to put on weight. It's water retaining in your muscles. So don't worry about the number on the scale, just pay attention to inches lost! Good luck!
