I agree with you 100%. It's definitely a far more low impact way to begin when compared to 30 day shred. Workouts 3 & 4 are a lot harder and more satisfying in my opinion! :)

I started yesterday! So today was day 2, meaning workout 2 as you all know. I feel like it wasn't as challenging as I expected it to be... same with workout 1. I'm looking forward to week 3 so I can try the next level up on the workouts (:

I want to say that I will reward myself with new piercings and tattoos but I was going to do those both regardless...so I guess a new bikini and stronger confidence in my appearance (:

I'm 5'5" and I'm currently trying to get to 125lbs. That's what I always used to weigh but I wasn't ever toned. The lowest I've gone is 117lbs and I still wasn't "too skinny" so we'll see where I eventually end up :P

oh, don't worry about that, I've had one my whole life and I've never been overweight. I call it my tummy dimple (: I've begun exercising regularly and eating right just to generally lose weight and tone up and it's gotten less prominent over time. So just give it time, you'll see it gradually recede (:

I always eat back my workout calories, or at least most of them. I've consistently lost weigh doing this so it works for me. Try it out and see what you think of it. Do whatever works best for you :)

I'm on day 9 of level 3 and still take breaks! don't worry about little breaks, you're still getting an amazing workout and challenging your body to get stronger and healthier. take pride in that :)

I find it negative. I think it leads to unrealistic expectations. It's not always possible to look like your "thinspiration" because of differing body types and heights. A leaner, more toned and especially stronger version of my own body. It's what I'm working towards currently. I used to hate things about my body but I've recently realized that there is no good reason to hate it. I now love my body and have decided to make it healthier because that's what it deserves :)
