This is not a normal stomach. How do I fix this?

I've had this "second belly button" as my friends call it, for as long as I can remember. It's kind of an indent in my belly, like a line 2 or three inches below my belly button, and I was wondering how to get rid of it? I used to be lighter than I am now, but If I recall I still had it? Is it fat related? Anyone had this before? Need some serious advice!

Edit: I would think a normal stomach would be any stomach without this indent?

I fixed it by doing this: [xxx]link[/xxx] Replace xxx with img.
Well, no I didn't. What's up with your link?0 -
I am not an expert, but it looks normal to me...I think that as you loose weight and add in strength training the appearance of it will look better...
I would just as your dr just to make sure it isn't a hernia or anything....0 -
I know plenty of people who have this, including my skinniest friend. I think it's just one of those things to be honest. Sorry not to be of much help, hopefully somebody else can provide more info.0

You just need to tighten up. Just curious, could you post a link of what a normal stomach looks like, in your opinion?0

Yes, it looks fat related. Lose the excess weight and I'm sure it will go away.0

It's because you need the direct link(ending in .jpg, .gif, .png for it to work as an image and not just a link):
(the picture is VERY large though)
Also, I think it's perfectly normal.0 -
oh, don't worry about that, I've had one my whole life and I've never been overweight. I call it my tummy dimple (: I've begun exercising regularly and eating right just to generally lose weight and tone up and it's gotten less prominent over time. So just give it time, you'll see it gradually recede (:0

I think that's just a natural biological variation. My mom had it, and it was visible even when she was 95 pounds (she was a short little thing). My daughter has it, at 5'2" and 98 pounds, and she's got really rock hard abs from competitive swimming, but it's still there. I have always had it, when I was fit and now that I'm fat.0
