I try to start the day with a 15 minute HIIT workout. I find a lot of them in fitness magazines. I don't really have a chance at work to get up and move around. I also don't have the desire to spend more of my free time exercising, so the quick workouts are perfect.

Purchase frozen veggies to use towards the end of the week. When chooing fruits like bananas or avocados try to chose ones that are not yet ripe that way they will be ready to use towards the end of the week. I use a weekly average also. The app shows you how many calories you have left tor the week but I haven't been able to find those stats on the webpage. I think an independent spreadsheet is great idea. I am totally going to start keeping one.

While I was pregnant I ate at my TDEE for the first trimester, added 100-200 during the second and 200-300 more during the the third trimester. I only weigh in once a month. I love that I have more energy and feel stronger from eating right and exercising. The weight is coming off slowly and I know I will get discouraged if I worry about monitoring that number.
