The great news is that i have lost the 1.1kg i gained last week. My body threw in a 0.1 kg bonus. So friend i lost 1.2kg this week.

Oh gosh, today was one of those days for me. I had 2doughnut, chocolate and downed with water. Guess what? Im not even feeling guilty. Im blaming my monthly cycle. Lol.

I am guilty of this for sure. Its all in the mind. I have eaten food so much my stomach hurt. Its a process, dont be too hard on yourself. Now i drink lots of water while eating. The water fills up my stomach not food. Thats how i avoid mindless eating. Good luck!

I had a kit kat chunky twice a week. I love it. I had it last friday. Tried the dark chocolate one, it was horrible. I ll stick to milk chocolate.

Yes you can lose weight without exercise. Personally, i would never be successful. I love the benefits of working out. Not only does it help me become a healthier me, it help curb my appetite, allows me to eat more and still lose.

I went meatless for a year with out any problems. Meat is now still a treat, i eat it once a month maybe. Im glad she is seeing a Dr. I doubt she is dieting as suggested above, but it cold be the too much fibre, or soya, or milk. Milk and soya do that to me. I think she ll be fine. Welcome back. With this journey, the trick is when you fall. You gotta pick yourself up,dust yourself and continue marching FORWARD. I started with 48kg to lose, i have lost 17kg all together of which 11were with MFP. I have another 31kg to go.

me too. Plants are cheaper. For me, meat is a treat. I eat it once in 2weeks. Sometimes once a month. And it will be a juicy chicken breast.

I would not disregard what you have been told. Too much animal protein is not good. Try substituting with plant protein. I dont know how much you eating, but from what you ve told us. It does sound quiet a lot. My aunt who is a huge meat eater has problems with kidney stones. Apparently, meat is part of her problems. Or…

Meat leaves me bloated and sluggish. I do still crave for it, and will eat it once or twice a month in the form of a burger or chicken breast. Chicken skin makes me wanna puke, i dont know why.
