  • Looking good everyone!! I did 4 miles yesterday and just got back from doing 3. Tomorrow is a rest day and Saturday is my next long run. This week it's 6 miles. Piece of cake ;) ;)
  • The furthest I've ever run without stopping was 7 miles. I question whether I'll be able to do another half in such a short time frame. That's why I haven't signed up for it yet. I think I'll wait and see how I feel doing a couple long runs after the first half...lol. But I guess you ran both long distances within a week.…

  • Holy cow! A couple of you have quite a schedule going! That's fantastic!! :) I have only signed up for one race and that is the Chicago Half on September 9th but I'm thinking I will also sign up for the Schaumburg Turkey Trot Half this November.
  • Yesterday I ran 3 miles. Today is a rest day and tomorrow I'm scheduled to run four. I'm hoping that it isn't too hot out. It's been in the upper 90's here consistently and even breaking 100 at some points of the day!!

  • This will be great! I also need this because I am training for the chicago half marathon this September! I ran 3miles this afternoon. I kept an average pace of 10 min per mile (6mph). Omma_to_3, good luck this Saturday...you'll do great! :) And good luck to everyone! Hooray for running
