I am running one as well this Sat for Special Olympics. I usually start out walking and then will jog or walk fast for 20-30 seconds. After I catch my breath, I do another 20-30 seconds. This answer is going to suck, but only you can motivate yourself. We all go through pitfalls and low points. Find the person you want to be and be that person each day. If you fail one day, tomorrow is another day you can do better. Good luck
