Also.... I've only got 5 more pounds to go and I'll be at my goal! So, I think I'll increase my calorie intake by about 200 or so and see what happens. Maybe instead of eating one cookie during the holidays, I'll eat two! :D Still better than what I used to do... NOT COUNTING and probably eating four or five cookies!

Well, I actually feel the same way. I could eat an entire pizza probably, but what good is that going to do except sabotage my daily calorie intake. Learn to love raw vegetables. These are generally free calories as long as it's not corn. Also, I've recently learned to love frozen vegetables. My rule for weighing in.... only first thing in the morning before I eat anything. If you forget and eat first but really wanted a weigh in, resist the temptation, skip it, and don't weigh in until the next day.

Diet soda is just as bad for you as full flavor. All your body really wants is water. I drink water allll day long. I also drink unsweetened soy milk at breakfast, black coffee, and sometimes... green tea, and an occasional beer. That's it for me!
