drinking juice for extra calories
I generally avoid sugared drinks (especially soft drinks). But what about 100% fruit juice? It's high in sugar (but it's natural) right? So I can consider it a healthy drink? HRM Battery life?
Does anyone know how long the battery life is for a standard heart rate monitor? Not a real fancy one. Mine is the Timex Ironman Road Trainer which only tracks your heart and gives you calorie output etc. But it doesn't track with GPS which would save on battery power I think. TRX vrs standard exercises like pushups, pullups etc

Bike vrs Walk (Calories burned)
If my calculations are correct... 100 minutes of casual walking is the same as 30 minutes of moderate biking on a recumbent exercise bike (in regards to calorie burn)... amazing! What do you think?

On average, how many pieces of fruit do you eat in one day?
