I got my Apple Watch about 2 weeks ago...like it for the ability to use it for texting and taking phone calls...for exercise I am still getting used to it and think I liked my Fitbit blaze better...(can't reclaim it I gave it to my son...LOL)

Right now 2 - 3 miles a day, may start doing a wii fit workout every other day. I bought a fit bit about a year ago and love it, I shoot for 10,000 steps a day....

I also eat the Kashi go lean but only 1/3 of a cup with 1/2 cup of Chobani greek vanilla yogurt...
