6" ham and turkey on wheat with lettuce, onions, black olives, pickles, and a little bit of ff italian dressing. I love subway :-P

My favorite breakfast is a la tortilla factory tortilla, 6 tbsp. of break free egg whites, a little bit of onion and green pepper, some turkey sausage or diced ham, and a tbsp of salsa. 270 calories and a ton of fiber.

I made one last night. I use a flat out wrap, plain tomato sauce, mushrooms, onions, diced ham, and I top it with a chopped up string cheese. Bake it in the oven at 350 until the cheese melts. Not the real thing but it does the job and it tastes good. 235 cal 24carb (the wrap is only 16) 10 fat 22 pro and 11 fiber.

I track carbs ( try to keep low), fat, protein, fiber (try to keep high), and sugar( because I have a major belly fat problem).

Use some laughing cow babybel cheese and whole grain bread with some I can't believe its not butter spray. Or use a low fat shredded cheese. I like, aldi fit and active mexican blend.

Mfp recommends 8 CUPS of water per day not 8 glasses. Usually the glasses I drink out of would hold 2 cups. Keep that in mind. Use a measuring cup if you have to. Its really not so bad. Plus it will have great benefits to your body, your weight loss, and your skin. I love water! Drink up.

I did the slim in 6 program and lost 23lbs but that was along with following one of the diets that was written in the booklet and it was unsustainable. The workout is great though. I am starting the 30 day shred today so I can't compare the two yet.
