My goal is anywhere between 145-155. I have it set fo 155 atm. I was 145 at my thinest in hs and I was pretty comfortable, but I have had 3 kids and I want to be realistic about my expectations.

When you do this it doesn't track your other macros.You have your carbs set pretty low and your protein set very high, but you are not following that. I am going the crock pot route. Put it in the pot, add carrots and potatoes, add seasoning, add water to just cover, cook on low 6 to 8 hours, add cabbage for the last hour, and there you go. I'm skipping the cabbage. I might make sandwiches. Not sure yet.

My only advice is to use them if you need them. If you are hungry go for it, if youre not than don't. Only eat about 80% back when you do to leave room for error.

I'm 5' 8, 182 lbs and I just started to fit into a 13/14 (Aeropostle) comfortably I started at 207 and size 16. I hold most of my weight in my tummy :-(

Have you taken any measurements? Sometimes the measuring tape is a better indication of your hard work then the scale. Also make sure you are drinking enough water.

Although it is best to avoid fast food, you can still eat it and lose. Your subway club was a good choice but the mayo was not. I have actually heard that if your poop floats it means you are having a healthy movement. I don't really know much about Dr Oz, I haven't heard the greatest things about him. I think I will pick up some calcium supplements though. Thanks for the info.

Sometimes I get a pain in my right ovary while jogging. I have a history of ovarian cysts. I would talk to your dr about it at your next check up. If the pain gets to bad you should get it checked out sooner.
