I could use any motivation possible! I have 2 vacations, 10 days to Mexico in January and cruise in February, so would like to drop about 20 lbs if possible.

I don't really pay much attention to the fitness tests, I look at more of what it's doing to the body. If I can see some change there then I know it's working, I don't need to do a few extra power jumps to tell me that.

I'm going to attempt my 2nd go at the program today. I have started once before and made to end of the 1st month and lost my motivation. Hopefully not this time! Does anyone know how many calories the program burns? Not sure what to log. Thanks!
