You can burn just as many calories spinning as you can using the treadmill. I prefer spinning, I have been losing 3 pounds a week doing it. Just depends on what you would prefer really.

I'd love to join. My name is Kim and I am a Mommy to 5 kids. My youngest is 9 months old. I gained 50 pounds during my pregnancy. When I started MFP, I was 152 and I joined in the beginning of January. I am now 135.6 as of today.My goal weight is 125, I am 5'2". I have about 10 more pounds to go =)

Love this thread. I rode my road bike on the stationary trainer for 60 minutes and I haven't gone over on any of my intakes today.

Agreed. Welcome aboard! Also it's a lot harder to lose weight when you are on the lean side.

It's okay, we all have those feelings. Try to occupy yourself and get out. I usually drink lots of water and pop in a stick of sugar free gum and it really helps.

It's a good thing, it provides healthy fats. Try to get the natural no sugar/ no salt kind.

So sorry you are having to deal with this =( Some people are just miserable and you know what they say about misery. I would be fuming if someone made comments about my children. Hopefully the stage 5 stalker leaves you alone!

If you go to track foods and put in breastfeeding under the search, it will come up and add it to your breakfast meal and it will add more calories to your total limit. Hope this helps!
