It's totally possible. You can do it  Good luck!

Took the words out of my mouth! You CAN do it, promise! I am a BUSY mom of 5 and a wife, you just have to make time for yourself. *hugs*

This made me laugh.....if it is not idealistic, then why is he staying with her. Sounds like you are getting played too, but that's your karma.

I have always hit the 5 week weight projection, about 2 weeks earlier than it predicts.
-
I did the 1200 calories a day and it worked like a charm for me. I hope you find what works best for you, everyone is different though.

Don't worry too much, it is really hard to gain 5 pounds over a weekend unless you tried very hard. It's water. It usually takes 2 to 3 days of drinking tons of water for me to flush out after a sodium filled weekend. DON'T give up

All she did was share what worked for her and clearly stated that it was done under doctors care.....she is allowed to share her experience here just like everyone else is. No need to call her out because the subject was touchy for you because of your past issues.

Agreed!

This!

Keep up the good work, you are doing what works for YOU!

I took a quick glance at your foods, try tracking your sodium and drink more water. I hope this passes for you soon. And I agree with a previous poster. Just because something is good for many, doesn't mean it's good for all. Lots of luck, you can do it!

Welcome aboard, Robin! You CAN do it!

Don't beat yourself up, at least you were trying. You have been given a lot of great advice here. Up your cals and eat clean. For breakfast I usually eat oatmeal, berries and almond milk. For lunch I usually make an egg white omelette with zucchini and mushrooms and put it over a bed of lettuce with salsa, have some…

I mind both, but that's just me

No, it doesn't inhibit fat burning. Rather, it does make you retain water, hence the scale may not move and your clothes may not feel different because you are bloated.

I have found for myself, that the calculator on here isn't very accurate for calorie burns compared to my HRM. Every individual is so different. The way your heart works alone is indicative of how many calories one person burns vs. another.

Welcome aboard, fellow Mommy! My youngest daughter just turned 1 on Monday  Nice to have you here, best of luck!

sounds fabulous, thanks for sharing!

I find myself a lot more hungry a week before :ohwell: I just try to exercise more so I can snack more.
-
I have the same problem! I have had 5 children and I am now 5'2" and 111 pounds and it did not go away :ohwell: I am having surgery next month to fix it. When I went to my plastic surgeons office, he said there is no amount of exercise you can do to make it go away, plus my stomach muscles are separated from being pregnant…

Don't let ANYONE stand in the way of your goals, especially an insecure man who is basing his feelings off of a failed relationship in his past. It's an issue HE needs to deal with. You just do you......

I am so sorry for your loss. Just when you think things are rough, you read something like this. Thank you for reminding me today, of how precious life is. Someone always has it worse. *hugs*
-
I am going through a rough week as well, and am finding it very hard to eat :ohwell: I don't have any advice, I just wanted to support another person having a rough week. *hugs*
-
This. don't give up!
-
Don't skip meals either, it messes up your metabolism. Just keep at it, you will see results....promise.

What he said. Cut down on the sugars, processed food, sodium and drink tons of water. You can do it!
