A pound is great, congrats! Sometimes it does take our bodies a while to adjust to the new routine.

It's tedious at first, but start slow and make build it up. I am now at 18-20 glasses a day and it helps tremendously.

LOL....seriously....LOL. I am a size 4 with plenty of curves, 5 kids and deal with the realities of life. I just choose to stay fit, regardless. Go ahead and keep putting down smaller size women, if that makes ya feel better. Haters gonna hate.....

You have done an amazing job, congrats on your 54 pounds lost!!!!! The famous quote that I love and I am going to pass on to you: " Haters gonna hate" Seriously though, don't let anyone take the significance of your loss away from you!

This!

Perfect! You stated the words I was looking for.

I just took a quick look at your diary, and it may have to do with sodium and alcohol in the last week. Try to flush your system and drink a ton of water. Good luck!

REAL men? Please don't speak on behalf of all men in America. The same thing, in reverse could be said about you.

This.

This thread is hilarious.

Just wanted to wish you the best of luck, you can do it!
-

I love cycling....I am a road cyclist  I ride 40 miles every Saturday and 25 miles every Sunday. I also put my bike on the trainer on Tuesdays and Thursdays and spin 12 miles.

I didn't have c-sections, but I did give birth to 5 children and I have the loose skin hangover :frown: I am down to 115 and work out 7 days a week, 3 of those days I do AB work and it didn't go away. I also have muscle separation from being pregnant 5 times. Needless to say, my high school friend is married to a plastic…
-
You are doing so well....you CAN do this. *hugs*
-
Agreed. You have received some great advice here already. I just took a quick look at your diary, and the sodium and sugars are on the high side. Try upping your cals and eating cleaner. Best of luck to you!
-
Okay, just a few things I noticed that may help you out. You need to be more consistent with your logging, drink more water, track your sodium, eat 5 to 6 small meals a day (you are skipping meals and eating really high calorie meals at one sitting), try to eat more fruits and veggies and limit your sugar intake. I know…

This gave me a good chuckle

I only log an activity when it is a work out, other than that, I just think as the "extra" stuff as a plus. Cool article though!
-
I am sorry that you are struggling, that is never a good feeling :ohwell: Are you watching your sodium, drinking lots of water and working out? Maybe if you opened up your diary, we could give you some pointers.
-
Welcome back! What worked for me was tracking every single thing that I eat, even the bad. Also, I exercise 7 days a week and eating as clean as I can. Best of luck to you, you can do it!
-
I hate when that happens  There are a lot of nights where I just go to bed because I can't stand it, I also chug a ton of water too.
-
Yes, it is the most common with pregnancies. After having 5 kids, mine are definitely separated and no amount of working out will correct it. I am getting a tummy tuck with muscle repair in June
-
same here and it's been working like a charm!
