I limit my intake of bananas due to the sugar, even though it's natural. I usually eat a lot of berries, as the sugar content is much lower.

Welcome aboard! :flowerforyou: I have never suffered from an eating disorder and I have to say I still get obsessive of calories :ohwell: I don't eat ALL of my exercise calories back because that is what works for me. General rule is that you are supposed to though.

I measure everything (meats, veggies and rice) AFTER it is cooked with my digital food scale. Super easy! Deathtaco gives good advice though, it's better to be over than under.

I second this, I love hard boiled eggs as snacks and also low fat cheese sticks! As far as fruits, I do berries because they are low on sugar compared to other fruits.
