I am having this issue start just now, when I am 2 pounds away from goal, so for me it isn't a honeymoon period. I work out 7 days a week too.....I am hungry in the morning, but it seems as if lunch and dinner are harder for me.

Agreed, this is what happened to me at first. It picked up and then BAM, lost weight fast.

Awww, thank you. I could have written this post word for word in regards to my Grandma and older Aunt that lives with her  I get great joy from my patients.

I am a hospice volunteer, although I am on baby leave right now. I get assigned 1 patient that I go and visit once a week and spend an hour or so with, depending on how they are feeling. We watch TV, read books, talk, hold hands, etc. On special days like holidays or their birthday I will go out and by them a special treat…

You are LUCKY  Breastfeeding did not help me lose weight at all, I had to work my butt off to lose the baby weight. For some reason, i lose weight faster when I stop breastfeeding!

Welcome aboard! I am a mom of 5 kids, with my youngest being 10 months and my oldest being 11. Most of the time, during the week, I exercise after they are all in bed. Yeah, it's late and I am tired, but I have to do it because being healthy is important to me. On the weekends, with my Hubby home, I exercise while he…

I don't worry about going over my sugars as long as it is only from fruits and veggies. All other sugars, yeah I think it is a big deal.

Not Filipino, but I make adobo. Use equal parts soy sauce and vinegar. Add some chopped garlic, bay leaves and ground pepper, I simmer it all day.

I am sorry you are having to deal with an over-bearing friend. Sometimes, you just have to tell people to back off a bit. Let her know that you heard her the first time and she doesn't need to harp. You are doing great, you have lost 22 pounds. Keep it up!

I just took a quick peek at your diary, and I can see the following: -You skip some meals. Try to eat at every meal time and add snacks in. -Some times you are over alot in sodium and sugar. Try to watch that, sodium is evil in large amounts. If the sugars are from fruits and veggies try not to worry about them as much.…

I wouldn't be too discouraged yet, you just started 3 days ago. If you feel comfortable, open up your diary so we can help you out on your food choices. Sometimes it takes the body a couple of weeks to jump start.
