I drink 2 cups first thing when I wake up, and then 2 cups with every meal and snack. At the end of the day, I am at about 16 cups. :smile:

I stay at the 2500 and that works really well. It sucks that sodium is in EVERYTHING LOL.

You are not over on sodium by much, just drink extra water to flush it out. I don't worry about going over on sugars, as long as the majority of it is from fruit. I always go over on my protein, no biggie to me. You are doing great, keep it up!

Sorry you are feeling discouraged. When you don't have as much weight to lose, it usually takes longer to lose. Also, it might help to open up your food diary so we could give you some pointers there.

Hey, if her music choice isn't working out for you, then you gotta do you :happy: I don't think its a big deal to listen to your own music. How does she know that your music isn't low enough, that you can hear her voice. Sounds like she has control issues LOL

Agreed. I put my road bike on a trainer and it makes it stationary. I ride between 13-14 mph. I did that for an hour today and did 15 miles. I also burned 623 calories doing that per HRM.
