I have to admit, I am way to concerned with the numbers on the scale :grumble:

I had to start to do it once a week only. I was getting to obsessed with how the scale would fluctuate and it would upset me.

I work out hard 4 days a week and the other 3 days I take it easy, and do the 30 day shred.

Not really, I have 5 kids to prove that theory wrong LOL. Just saying to use it as a buffer instead of exercise calories.

I, personally don't eat back my exercise cals. It's a personal choice for yourself and whatever works best for you. I would mix up the exercise, don't just do cardio.
