do you count the calories of the raw fruits, and veggies you eat?
I never count them, so I'm just wondering what you do.

If it has any sort of impact nutritionally, I count it. So water only gets counted in the water section, some calorie free beverages don't get counted but everything else does. Fruits and vegetables have calories. If you're eating as much of them as you should be, and not counting them, you're going to be over on your calorie intake every day. That's going to negatively affect how much weight you lose.

Of course I do! Even if it's negligible in the calories, it will add fiber and helps keep me honest.
