Hang in there, there are a number of things that can have you gaining almost a pound. I bet it's water, so just watch your sodium. You have lost 8 pounds and that is great! And just an FYI, building the muscle is not going to make you gain weight. It takes up more mass and helps you burn fat.

Wow, what an incredible story. I am so glad you and your baby are healthy today! You can do this. My baby is 9 months old. I was 117 when I got pregnant with her too. Now, I will be just happy to be 120-125.

Same here. Start with 16 ounces and right before bed 16 ounces. I usually drink between 14-16 cups of water a day.

It's usually around 300-500 extra depending on how much you are nursing. I started when my baby was7.5 months and allowed 300 extra calories. Hope this helps!

I am 5'2" and my goal is 120-125. Almost there =)

I always drink a large glass of water before and after dinner and it really helps. It usually takes 30 minutes to start feeling full. I also have a large bowl of lettuce or veggies with dinner and it helps a lot. Keep up the good work, you are doing great!
